At Blue Moon Fabrics, we strive for perfection in every yard; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on uncut and unwashed fabrics. Please note that custom-dyed and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fabric

  Ensure the textile is in its original, merchantable condition—uncut, unwashed, and free of odors—before securely packing it in its original shipping materials.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fabric, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
